If you decide to enter Advent at this stage, a great way to do so would be to pray the Great 'O' Antiphons with our The 'O' Antiphons page. Each antiphon is beautifully sung and is accompanied by a thought-provoking sonnet by the English Anglican poet-priest, Malcolm Guite.
CTBI's members include most of the major churches in England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland, including the Catholic Bishops' Conferences of England and Wales. Their Advent resources include the Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols, and those from a wide range of churches and Christian organisations. Plus there is material from previous years: A World in Waiting – Advent hope in an economic crisis and Advent Journey with the Magi.
